- Registration with PRTB.
- Prepare Lease for signing
- Transfer of utilities, ESB, GAS.
- Act as Landlord’s agent at all times regarding the tenant & property
- Collect rent & deposit to Landlord’s account
- Provide annual and or monthly statements
- Quarterly property inspections
